Michael Maledon
President & CEO
Michael Maledon is the former general counsel and manager of
business development for one of the country's largest
automotive dealership groups. Michael received a degree in
business administration from the University of Arizona and
graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame
School of Law, and has over 14 years of practical experience
advising dealerships and other automotive-related businesses.
He is also a Board Member or Advisor to several automotive-
related businesses.
Phil De Carlo
VP Engineering
Prior to joining Inilex, Phil was the Director of Program
Management at Space Data Corporation. He has 25 years'
experience as a communications engineer in various positions
throughout North America, including service as a Combat
Systems Engineer in the Canadian Navy. Phil received
his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering
Physics from the Royal Military College of Canada.
CJ Morton
VP of Corporate Development
CJ Morton is a seasoned software professional with over 15 years of business development experience in the US, Europe and Asia.
CJ has a degree in Economics from Hobart-William Smith in New York and an MBA from the American Graduate School of Business based in Switzerland.
Gary O'Donnell
VP of Information Technology
Gary brings almost 25 years of experience developing and implementing innovative solutions on behalf of major corporations, including cloud-based
and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions that offer flexibility, convenience and cost savings for customers. A software engineer by trade, he
also has extensive experience in the aftermarket automotive solutions industry.
Cathy Wutkowski
Director of Operations
Cathy is a seasoned professional in financial services and
logistics who uses her overall understanding and skills in
accounting, administrative and general operations to direct
the daily operations of the company. She joined Inilex after 18 years in public accounting.
Cathy attended Arizona State University and Clifton School
of Business, and holds a diploma in Business Administration.
Daphne Evans Herbst
Director of Sales
Daphne Evans Herbst received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Mississippi State University before
embarking on a Finance & Insurance Management career with some of the nation’s top automotive industry leaders.
Drawing from her 19 years of experience on the retail side of automotive dealerships,
as well as wholesale and auction work, Daphne currently serves as the Director of Sales
and manages a team of Regional Sales Managers for the company.

Dan Clarke
Daniel Clarke has served as director of Inilex since 2008.
Mr. Clarke was CEO and a Board Member of Vcommerce
Corporation, maker of a multi-tenant, end-to-end e-commerce
platform used by leading online retailers on a private-labeled
basis. He was the CEO and Board Member of Primarion,
a semiconductor company, which he founded in 1999.
Mr. Clarke spent seven years at Intel, where he held several
key positions including Business Unit General Manager
& Marketing Director of the Video Components, Mobile
Computing and Graphics divisions. Mr. Clarke also served
as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Three-Five
Systems Inc., a liquid crystal display company.
A.J Wagner
AJ Wagner has served as President and CEO of AJ Wagner
& Associates, LLC, a business consulting organization, since
January 2007. Mr. Wagner served in various executive capacities
for Ford Motor Company for 33 years, culminating in his
appointment as President of Ford Motor Credit North America
and Vice President of Ford Motor Company.
Sam Pack
Sam Pack is CEO and President of Pack Automotive Group,
consisting of Five Star Ford in North Richmond Hills, TX, Five
Star Ford in Carrollton, TX, and Ford Country in Lewisville, TX.
He is a recipient of Ford Motor Company's "Distinguished
Dealer Achievement" Award & Ford's "Salute to Dealers" Award.
