START-UP INILEX SIGNS NATIONAL DISTRIBUTION PARTNERSHIPS ON HEALS OF NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT

Company Expected to Grow 280 Percent in 2007 with Release of the Kepler Advantage

(Tempe, Ariz. — April 18, 2007) --- Inilex, a leading provider of intelligent GPS systems, announces significant growth in Q1 with new distribution partners for their Kepler System, a vehicle security and control product line. The company has experienced healthy growth in terms of sales and new partnerships for the Kepler series since announcing their newest product, the Kepler Advantage, in February.

“We launched the Kepler Advantage at the DEMO 2007 Conference and since that time have been inundated with calls from distributors,” said Scott Ferguson, CEO of Inilex. “While the Kepler Advantage is still in beta, we are signing contracts for pre-orders as well as orders for our existing Kepler Plus. Consumers will start to see the Kepler suite of products offered through auto dealers nationwide starting this month.”

The Kepler System from Inilex includes the following three products:

The Kepler – The Kepler is the most cost-effective system on the market that allows users to have GPS features on their vehicle. The Kepler Plus – The Kepler Plus includes all the features of the Kepler Plus with increased tracking functionality such as start and stop reporting, speed monitoring and multiple GEO fencing, ensuring vehicles stay within the pre-determined area and speed criteria. MSRP $799.00

The Kepler Advantage – The premier system in the Kepler series, the Kepler Advantage allows consumers to actually control a host of functions in their cars through their phone or Internet. Users can retrieve various status and diagnostic reports or send commands to control various mechanical devices such as lock, un-lock, start, ignition disable, and other user convenient features. Some of the auto groups who will start selling the Kepler System include:

Cardinale Automotive Group will distribute the Kepler Plus through eight of their dealerships in the Monterey and San Luis Obispo, Calif. area beginning in April.

Atlantic Dealer Services, Inc. will front load the Kepler Plus into all vehicles at 17 different Rosenthal dealerships in the D.C. area including Virginia and Maryland beginning in May.

Beaverton Toyota will front load the Kepler Plus into all vehicles at its Toyota dealership in the Beaverton, Ore. area beginning in April.
